On October 12, 2023, Education HUB hosted the 4th "Breakfast for Value".
The event took place as part of the "Azerbaijan Value Days" series of events held on October 10-13 in close cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan. The "Azerbaijan Value Days" event is implemented within the framework of the "Partnership for Value" program of the European Venture Philanthropic Association (EVPA) and is funded by the European Union. The official partner of the program in Azerbaijan is Education HUB.
The event was attended by about 60 people representing representatives of the public, private, banking and other sectors. The main topics of the event were social entrepreneurship, value fund, value investments, corporate social investments, etc.
Participants had the opportunity to explore what type of corporate engagement best aligns with the mission and values of their organizations.
Experienced speakers from EVPA shared real-life examples of successful corporate engagement initiatives to inspire and inform participants. These stories demonstrated how effective corporate investment can be in practice and the transformative potential it has.
In her opening speech, Gulnara Aslanbeyli, Executive Director of AmCham Azerbaijan, said: “As AmCham Azerbaijan, we are pleased to be a partner of the 4th “Breakfast for Value”. I was struck by the different concept and interesting topics in previous breakfasts I attended. The topic of social entrepreneurship is a topic that is needed and deserves attention in our country.” She also announced that in November, AmCham Azerbaijan will launch a new platform for social entrepreneurs.
Gulnara Ismailova, Program Manager of Education HUB, emphasized in her speech: “The “Breakfast for Value” concept brought to Azerbaijan by Education HUB is now being held for the 4th time. The main goal of the breakfast is to raise awareness about value funds, value investment, social entrepreneurship and to build partnerships.”
Then, Andrea Rosandic and Nicolas Malmendier, employees of the European Venture Philanthropic Association, conducted an interactive workshop on the topic of “Corporate Social Investment”.
At the end, the participants' questions were answered and discussions were held.

Tədbir Azərbaycanda Amerika Ticarət Palatası ilə sıx əməkdaşlıq çərçivəsində 10-13 oktyabr tarixlərində keçirilən “Azərbaycan dəyər günləri” silsilə tədbiri çərçivəsində baş tutub. “Azərbaycan dəyər günləri” tədbiri Avropa Vençur Filantropik Assosiasiyasının (EVPA) “Dəyər üçün əməkdaşlıq” proqramı çərçivəsində həyata keçirilir və Avropa İttifaqı tərəfindən maliyyələşdirilir. Proramın Azərbaycanda rəsmi tərəfdaşı Education HUB-dır.
Tədbirdə dövlət, özəl, bank və digər sektorların nümayəndələrini təmsil edən 60-a yaxın şəxs iştirak edib. Tədbirin əsas mövzuları sosial sahibkarlıq, dəyər fondu, dəyər investisiyaları, korporativ sosial investisiyalar və s. olub.
İştirakçılar hansı növ korporativ öhdəliyin təşkilatlarının missiyası və dəyərlərinə daha çox uyğun gəldiyini araşdırmaq şansı əldə ediblər.
İştirakçılara ilham vermək və məlumatlandırmaq üçün EVPA-dan uğurlu korporativ cəlbetmə təşəbbüslərinin real həyat nümunələrini paylaşan təcrübəli spikerlər qoşulub. Bu hekayələr korporativ investisiyanın praktikada nə qədər təsirli ola biləcəyini və malik olduğu transformasiya potensialını nümayiş etdirib.
Açılış nitqi ilə AmCham Azərbaycan-ın icraçı direktoru Gülnarə Aslanbəyli çıxış edib: “AmCham Azərbaycan olaraq 4-cü dəfə keçirilən “Dəyər üçün səhər yeməyi”nin tərəfdaşı olmaq bizim üçün xoşdur. İştirak etdiyim əvvəlki səhər yeməklərində konspetin fərqli, mövzuların maraqlı olması diqqətimi çəkmişdi. Sosial sahibkarlıq mövzusu ölkəmizdə ehtiyac olan və diqqət göstərilməli bir mövzudur." O həmçinin noyabr ayında AmCham Azərbaycan tərəfindən sosial sahibkarlar üçün yeni platformanın istifadəyə veriləcəyini açıqlayıb.
Education HUB-ın Proqram Meneceri Gülnara İsmailova çıxışı zamanı vurğulayıb: “Education HUB tərəfindən Azərbaycana gətirilən “Dəyər üçün səhər yeməyi” konsepsiyası artıq 4-cü dəfə keçirilir. Səhər yeməyinin əsas məqsədi dəyər fondları, dəyər investisiyası, sosial sahibkarlıq haqqında məlumatlılığın artırılması və əməkdaşlıqların qurulmasıdır.”
Daha sonra Avropa Vençur Filantropik Assosiasiyasının əməkdaşları Andreya Rosandic və Nikolas Malmendier “Korpoartiv Sosial İnvesitisiya” mövzusunda interaktiv vörkşop həyata keçiriblər.
