Dekabrın 2-də Education HUB Təhsilin İnkişafı Fondu ilə əməkdaşlıqda doktorantlar üçün “Sosial sahibkarlıqda biznes araşdırma metodları”na həsr olunmuş təlimlər silsiləsinə start verib.
Təlimi giriş sözü ilə açan Education HUB Proqram Meneceri Gulnara İsmailova bildirib ki, doktorantlar üçün bu təlim proqramı Azərbaycanda ilk dəfə keçirilir. Təhsilin İnkişafı Fondunun İdarə Heyətinin sədrinin müavini Xanım Daşdəmirova iştirakçıları salamlayıb. Çıxışı zamanı o, sosial sahibkarlıqla bağlı tədqiqatlara ciddi ehtiyac olduğunu vurğulayıb və məzunlarla gələcəkdə bu sahədə əməkdaşlığın davam olunmasını qeyd edib.
Təlim proqramı çərçivəsində sosial sahibkarlığın ölkələrə gətirdiyi dəyər, sosial sahibkarlığın tarixi, sosial biznes modelləri, sosial sahibkarlıq üzrə tədqiqatların dizaynı və metodologiyası haqqında biliklər əldə edəcəklər. Həmçinin təlim zamanı iştirakçılar Azərbaycanda sosial sahibkarlıq subyektlərinin fəaliyyəti, qanunvericiliyin hazırlanması istiqamətində görülən işlərlə tanış olacaq və bu sahədə ehtiyac duyulan istiqamətlərin araşdırılmasına dair müzakirələrin aparılması gözlənilir.
Təlim zamanı BDU, Dövlət Aqrar Universiteti, UNEC, Bakı Biznes Universiteti, BMU-dan olan doktorantlar qatılıblar.
Təlim Avropa Vençur Filantropist Assosiasiyasının “Dəyər üçün əməkdaşlıq” proqramı çərçivəsində reallaşıb. Proqram Avropa İttifaqının maliyyə dəstəyi ilə həyata keçirilir və Azərbaycanda rəsmi tərəfdaş Education HUB-dır.

On December 2, Education HUB, in cooperation with the Education Development Fund, launched a series of trainings dedicated to "Business research methods in social entrepreneurship" for PhD students.
Education HUB Program Manager Gulnara Ismailova, who opened the training with an introduction, said that this training program for doctoral students is held for the first time in Azerbaijan. Ms. Dashdemirova, the deputy chairman of the board of the Education Development Fund, welcomed the participants and emphasized the serious need for research on social entrepreneurship and noted the continuation of cooperation with graduates in this field in the future.
Within the framework of the training program, they will gain knowledge about the impact of social entrepreneurship to countries, the history of social entrepreneurship, social business models, the design and methodology of research on social entrepreneurship. Also, during the training, the participants will get acquainted with the activity of social entrepreneurship subjects in Azerbaijan, the work done in the direction of the preparation of legislation, and it is expected that discussions will be held on the investigation of the directions needed in this field.
Doctoral students from BSU, State Agriculture University, UNEC, Baku Business University, BEU participated during the training.
The training took place within the framework of the "Collaborate for Impact" program of the European Venture Philanthropy Association. The program is implemented with the financial support of the European Union, and the official partner in Azerbaijan is Education HUB.
